RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have the right to return your product for any reason within 30 days. The return period is counted from the day of delivery of your order. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging (with tags attached where applicable) and accompanied by a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA). The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Please note, due to EU regulations, we are unable to accept returns of our sparkler candles.

To Return an Item

Log in to your account to arrange a return of your order. Once we have approved your return, you will receive an email with instructions on what to do next. 

1. Download the return form, print it out and put it in your package with the item(s) you're returning. Please write your order number and return number on the form.
   
   
2. Post your package within 14 days to:

Please note that return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
