RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

You have the right to return your product for any reason within 30 days. The return period is counted from the day of delivery of your order.  The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 days of receipt of returned goods.   

Please note, due to EU regulations, we are unable to accept returns of our sparkler candles. 

To Return an Item 

  1. Email support@merimeri.com with your order number to request an RMA number.  Please provide your order number when making this request.  
  2. Download the return form, print out and put in package. 
  3. Please mail your package with the form enclosed to:

We recommend that you return the package via a trackable.  Please note that Meri Meri does not cover the cost of return postage.
