Terms and Conditions: Meri Meri sells wholesale to retail establishments with a store front presence. All new orders require approval and territory check. Sale of product is authorized only at shipping location (ship to address). Change of address requires reevaluation of shipping location prior to approval. Third party sales to other retail establishments are prohibited. Meri Meri reserves the right to reject any order or customer at any time for any reason. Web sales of Meri Meri products and website depictions featuring Meri Meri product logo or name must be approved by Meri Meri through a separate review process. Under no conditions may customers buy advertising on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask or any other search engine worldwide using keywords containing or confusingly similar to Meri Meri trademarks, trade names or other trade rights. Under no conditions may the customer make the products available on www.ebay.com, www.amazon.com, www.etsy.com, www.walmart.com, or any other third-party transacting website. In placing an order with Meri Meri you are agreeing that you will not put any of our products on any 3rd party websites.

• All new accounts (first order) must be prepaid. After 6 months and over $1500 in sales or with a good credit report from a third party bank the account may apply for terms (no credit application required). Meri Meri reserve the right to deny terms for any reason.
• There is a 1.5% monthly service charge on all past due invoices. Collection costs and attorney fees will be at the customer’s expense.
• Customers with past due invoices will have orders placed on hold until the account is brought current.

• USA: Products shipped FOB Reno, Nevada. Shipping charges if applicable will be added to the invoice. Meri Meri will do their best to ship all in-stock items within within five working days of receiving the order, but we cannot guarantee a time or date for delivery, nor will any claims for consequential loss be accepted. All orders ship via FEDEX unless otherwise specified.
• UK: All Product ships FOB Corsham, England. Shipping charges if applicable will be added to the invoice. Meri Meri will do their best to ship all in-stock items within within five working days of receiving the order, but we cannot guarantee a time or date for delivery, nor will any claims for consequential loss be accepted. All orders ship via DX or DHL unless otherwise specified.
• All backorders will ship when available unless order states no backorders.

• All backorders below the back order minimum will automatically be cancelled.
• Incomplete orders or orders waiting on payment information will be cancelled after 30 days.
• Accounts exceeding terms are subject to having their terms revoked.
• Accounts that become inactive will be required to re-apply as a new customer with Meri Meri.
• All orders shall be invoiced at the prices prevailing at the time of order date. Meri Meri reserves the right to alter any prices or specifications without prior notice. Sales Tax/VAT will be added to the invoice where required unless a valid exemption certificate is provided. No refunds of sales tax can be made after shipment.
• Orders must be made in designated quantities as listed on the wholesale/distributor order form.
• We do not accept returns without prior notification and a return authorization number. All shipping damages or shortages must be reported within seven business days. Meri Meri will replace any defective or damaged items provided the preceding terms are met. No other returns will be accepted. Meri Meri does not operate a Sale or Return policy. In extraordinary circumstances and only at the discretion of Meri Meri, goods may be accepted for return. In these circumstances, a handling charge of 15% will be applied and the customer will be responsible for the safe and complete return of goods.
• Risk & title changes hands when customer takes possession. If at any time, payment of the price (or any other amount due from the customer to Meri Meri) is overdue, the customer hereby authorizes Meri Meri by its servants or agents to enter the customer’s premises and take possession of the goods at the customer’s expense.
• The sale of goods by Meri Meri to the customer shall not confer upon the customer any right to use the trademarks of other intellectual property rights of Meri Meri and such rights shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Meri Meri. The copyright of the goods remains the property of the artist. No copies of these goods can be made without the written permission of Meri Meri.
• Please note that the actual colors of our products may vary slightly from the photographs shown in the catalog. Product dimensions are stated as Width x Height x Depth.
• USA: The validity construction and performance of any contract to which these conditions apply shall be governed by the laws of California and be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the California Courts.
• UK: The validity construction and performance of any contract to which these conditions apply shall be governed by the laws of England and be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
• If any of these terms and conditions or any part hereof shall be held rendered void or unenforceable by any legislation to which it is subject it shall be void or unenforceable to that extent and no further.
• By placing a wholesale order with Meri Meri, the purchaser agrees to the above terms and conditions. No modifications or additions to these terms by the purchaser shall be binding on Meri Meri. Meri Meri reserves the right to amend or waive said terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Terms and conditions in effect at the time of the order shall prevail. Non-adherence may result in termination of account. Meri Meri is not responsible for any misuse of any product sold.

USA

• Meri Meri will not collect payment until the product is ready to ship. By providing a payment method, you are authorizing Meri Meri to charge the card for the invoiced amount.
