Shipping policy
Delivery Information
Free standard delivery on orders over €50.
Standard and Express European delivery charges vary by country. Please see below chart for further details.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt, and delivered within 1-5 days working days (Standard) and 1-3 working days (Express).
Orders ship via FedEx from our Netherlands distribution centre. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via the email.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday only, excluding Dutch national holidays ( New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, 25 April 2025, 29 May 2025, 9 June 2025).
A physical address is required for all orders.
