Free Craft Activity: Halloween Matchboxes

Create a fun Halloween-themed matchbox to store sweets and other treats. Choose from eight designs from a cute black cat to a wise owl that coordinate perfectly with this year’s Halloween collections. Get set to boo!

You Will Need:

Printer
Lightweight card or thick paper
Scissors
Glue stick
Small Halloween treats

How to Make:

1. Print the pages for your Halloween matchbox.
2. Mount the printouts onto lightweight card, cut along the solid lines and fold along the dashed lines.
3. Glue the flaps marked ‘glue’ and assemble the box.
4. Line the inside of the box with the coloured rectangle templates to hide the tabs and give it a finished look.
5. Fill the boxes with small treats and use them as party favours, place them in Boo Baskets or give them to trick-or-treaters. Happy Halloween!

Note: The boxes measure approximately 6 cm wide, 10 cm long and 2 cm deep.
