RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to return your product for any reason within 30 days - this is commonly referred to as the Right of Withdrawal. The return (withdrawal)  period is counted from the day of delivery of your order.  The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 days of receipt of returned goods.   

To Return an Item 

1. To begin your return (withdrawal).  Please provide your order number when making this request.  You will receive an automated acknowledgement, and will have a response from a member of our team.
2. Download the return form, print out and put in package. 
   
3. Please mail your package with the form enclosed to:

We recommend that you return the package with tracking.  Please note that Meri Meri does not cover the cost of return postage.
